relaxing family stay
great attentivenesslovely serviceroom amenities
the staff had the family room ready when we arrived early and needed space for medication i really appreciated this attentiveness the staff were always helpful and kind. the hotel is lovely and the service was really good i will definitely return because of this i had such a good experience.
i had to ask for milk coffee and towels for the room it was inconvenient i thought housekeeping would have ensured those were in place already i hope they can improve this detail.

the family room was spacious and clean the beds were comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of towels the temperature was easy to control with individual thermostats in each room.

parking was close to the entrance which was helpful with luggage access to spa facilities was available although i did not use them this time there are vending machines on each floor offering a range of drinks and snacks.

the hotel is conveniently close to the hospital it is approximately a 10 minute drive into the city centre i found it very easy to get around the area there are shops and restaurants within walking distance.

good breakfastblocked sinklate disturbance
Breakfast was quite good staff were friendly.
The sink was blocked I reported it to reception. A porter arrived at my door late it was disruptive. He tried to fix it but failed it was not resolved .
